Microsoft, made to work with everything else.

Business Central and SharePoint run plenty of good brands. Getting them to talk to Shopify, 3PLs and planning is where we come in.

Case studies

Business Central

01

Skincare brand, four entities

A fix the ERP partner could not close

  1. Business Central API
  2. AceForce job
  3. Shopify
Starting point
Since 2024, Shopify orders with the same item on more than one line stayed partially fulfilled even after the 3PL shipped and Business Central posted. Stock was double counted.
What we built
Worked with the brand's consultant to make the Business Central API filterable by order and visible across all companies, then built a weekday job that validates shipped lines, short ships included, and completes the matching Shopify lines silently.
Result
  • Working across US, UK, EU and Australian entities
  • 30 day backfill of stuck orders

SharePoint and Microsoft 365

02

Supplements brand, US and UK

One supply plan across two continents

  1. Shopify x2
  2. Complemar + Mintsoft
  3. AceForce engine
  4. SharePoint + Sheets
Starting point
Sales, stock and forecasts sat in two Shopify stores, two 3PLs on different systems and a SharePoint full of spreadsheets. Stockouts had skewed the history and retailer chargebacks were piling up.
What we built
Built a supply plan engine that pulls sales, inventory and forecast from both stores and both warehouses into one plan, delivered as a weekly Excel workbook and a daily refreshed sheet. Parsed the US 3PL's nightly inventory export automatically and connected the UK store to the new 3PL's WMS during the move.
Result
  • One weekly and daily view of sales, stock and forecast
  • UK fulfillment moved to a new 3PL with first retail order shipped on plan
