Prestige haircare brand

Starting point: Custom embroidered orders from Shopify had to reach a partner that runs on ShipStation, with no sandbox to test in.
What we built: Built the integration, mapped thread color, design file and characters onto each line and synced tracking back to Shopify and the ERP. When a key change stopped orders a year later, we had the backlog moving within days.
Result: Fulfillment and tracking synced back
About 60 pending orders synced the day the connection was restored

Kitting 3PL

Starting point: The warehouse needed every carton to carry its own pick job barcode, carton type and packing instructions.
What we built: Built a ShipStation connector inside the AceForce WMS that creates one shipment per carton with its own pick job number, carton type, packout instructions and location notes, then buys and prints the labels.
Result: Labels purchased and printed per carton with the pick job as a barcode

Fulfillment company

Starting point: A small fulfillment company billed clients by hand from spreadsheets.
What we built: Piloted the AceForce WMS with client portals, ShipStation, Shopify and Stripe Connect, and a billing engine with nine variables from margin and markup to pick and SKU fees.
Result: Automated billing within a few dollars of the manual invoices
