A launch with a national US retailer and a warehouse move needed orders to flow between Shopify, a US 3PL and Unleashed.
What we built
Reused our Cin7 connector code to build an Unleashed to 3PL connector for the retail launch, then Shopify to the 3PL for ecommerce. Project managed retailer EDI, sent fulfilled orders back into Unleashed in batches with a summary email and added safety stock logic for bundles.
Result
  • Live with production retailer orders creating sales orders in Unleashed
  • DTC live with shipping methods mapped
  • Bundles show true sellable stock
